Hey there, I’m Jude. I thought about starting Silver Routes and Linings a year after a dreadful horse-riding accident threw my life into a major tizzy. During that year of loss and healing, I realized many women “my age” find themselves at crucial crossroads. Crossroads they’d often never thought they’d see. It happens in a flash. There we are. At a dead end, stop sign, fork in the road, sharp turn, or thick fog. And there we are. Frozen. Stuck. Not sure which way to turn, or whether to turn at all. Crossroads can be confusing, unsettling, disarming, and scary. Ever been there? Well, that was me. A fter my accident, I hit a MAJOR stop sign. I was in pain, both physically and emotionally. Devastated. Lost. Scrambling to find answers, support, understanding. Trying to breath without pain, and walk without fear of falling. Restoration came with time, in bits and pieces.
